Niki Records Inc. was founded in 1991 by Peter Martin and Debbie DiMisa and is located in New York's Hudson valley. The corporations function is to develop and promote new artists with music from all genres, making these artists known nationally and internationally.

   The labels roster currently consists of Ivory Rose, Gradie Stone, Thomas, Ash Can Flash, Steel, The Scoldees, Winston Grennan, L.D.G., D.O.A. and Ship.
